Lemon Cucumber (Cucumis sativus) is a warm-season annual vine grown for its round, bright-yellow fruits with a mild, sweet, never-bitter flavor. About the size of a tennis ball when ripe, the crisp fruits are excellent fresh, in salads and relish trays, or pickled. The vigorous vines are highly productive through summer.
