Processing time

All orders are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and shipped via USPS First Class (USPS Priority is available as an upgrade at checkout). Most orders ship the same or the next business day. During our busiest seasons, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, and tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Damaged orders
