Plume

Plume

"Plume Rose,

  • Origin: Hybridized by Junko Kawamoto, Japan, in 2014.
  • Characteristics: Tall bushy stem, short climbing stem, average height 150-200 cm (depending on pruning).
  • Colors: Blush pink, Deep pink.
  • Flower size: 6-8 cm, lasting 3-5 days.
  • Fragrance: Sweet fruity scent, notes of apple and lemon.
  • Repeat flowering: 4-5 weeks.
  • Disease resistance: Good.
  • Notes: Flowers last longer in cooler weather. Even in the hot sunny climate of Southern regions, blooms maintain a standard, more consistent form on cooler days."
  • "Plume - I call her the Single Rose because of her irresistibly lovely color and unique petal arrangement."
  • "After enduring a prolonged and intense heatwave in the South, Mầm discovered more about Plume - a rose variety renowned for its delicate appearance, seemingly prone to wilting at the slightest touch.

Yet, amidst the myriad of young buds from over two hundred rose varieties at Mầm, Plume stands out as a rare breed that withstands the scorching sun without withering. Each delicate bud, though fragile, consistently grows and blossoms day by day, producing an abundance of flowers."
