  • Flower size: 8-12 cm, lasting 5-8 days.
  • Fragrance: Fruity scent mixed with lemon and lemongrass.
  • Blooming: Year-round, every 4-5 weeks.
  • Disease resistance: Very good.
  • Abraham Darby - an almost perfect rose in terms of color, shape, fragrance, and adaptability to all climates. We can care for the plant as either a shrub or a climber.
  • "David Austin roses have a distinctive fragrance and unique beauty, but they wither quickly when planted in the South," is the common assessment of most rose enthusiasts.

However, Abraham Darby might be an exception, as it embodies all the perfect qualities of a rose: suitable for all types of weather, an elegant pink-orange color, a strong yet incredibly sweet fruity fragrance, large flowers (8-12 cm), quick reblooming, and long-lasting blooms (about a week) even in the erratic sun and rain of the South. Due to its versatility, we can grow Abraham Darby as either a shrub rose or a climbing rose.
